Ils permettent de rel\u00e2cher les tensions qui s&rsquo;accumulent et allient la relaxation mentale, l&rsquo;assouplissement corporel et le plaisir de se mouvoir en harmonie dans l&rsquo;espace.<br \/>\nSes enchainements font partie int\u00e9grante de la M\u00e9decine Traditionnelle Chinoise qui est compos\u00e9e de 5 branches&nbsp;: La pharmacop\u00e9e, la di\u00e9t\u00e9tique, l\u2019acupuncture, le massage Tuina et le QI GONG.<br \/>\nNous pratiquerons Le DAO YIN YANG SHENG GONG<br \/>\nC\u2019est une m\u00e9thode compl\u00e8te de Qi Gong cr\u00e9\u00e9e par ma\u00eetre ZHANG GUANG DE (de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Education physique de P\u00e9kin).
