Y ajouter l&rsquo;extrait d&rsquo;amandes et le m\u00e9lange sucre poudre d&rsquo;amandes pour obtenir une p\u00e2te compact. Mettre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur 20 mn minimum.<\/p>\n<p>Former des boules de p\u00e2te de la taille d&rsquo;une grosse noix avec vos mains mouill\u00e9es. Posez les sur un papier sulfuris\u00e9 en les espa\u00e7ant et en les aplatissant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. Saupoudrez les de sucre glace au travers une passoire fine.<\/p>\n<p>Enfournez les amarettis \u00e0 mi-hauteur du four pour 17 mn de cuisson, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9s.
